This distinction is critical: surrogate-based systems can misclassify apneas in patients with comorbidities like arrhythmias, obesity, or autonomic dysfunction, where peripheral signals may be blunted or inconsistent. Wesper operates as a manufacturer and distributor of FDA-cleared home sleep testing kits. Our primary customers are healthcare providers, hospitals, and sleep centers, who order tests on a per-patient basis.

Once an order is placed, Wesper dropships the test kit directly to the patient, handles onboarding, instructions, reminders, and post-test logistics. After testing, the kit is returned to Wesper for cleaning, quality assurance, and reuse, supporting a sustainable and cost-efficient model.
