Wesper Refund Policy
At Wesper, we strive to provide the best possible experience for our patients and partners. We understand that situations may arise where refunds are necessary, and we are committed to handling these cases transparently and fairly. Below, you’ll find our refund policy, which outlines the scenarios in which refunds are issued and the conditions that apply.
What We Refund:
Unused Wesper Labs: We will refund any unused Wesper Labs sent to the patient and shipped back to Wesper using the provided return shipping label. Please note that a restocking fee of $29.95 will apply to all refunds. Unused kits returned after 60 days will not be refunded.
Lost Kit Fees: We will refund a lost kit fee if the kit is returned within 60 days of shipment.
Lost or Damaged Kits: If the order is lost or damaged during shipment, Wesper will refund the cost of the kit.
What We Do Not Refund:
Stolen Kits: If a kit is stolen or damaged after delivery, Wesper will not refund the order.
Lost Kit Dispute: If an order is not returned to Wesper and the tracking number indicates the kit is not returned, we will not refund the lost kit fee.
Restocking Fees: We will charge a $29.95 fee if an order is changed or canceled after it is shipped. The user placing the order is responsible for confirming the address.
Interpreted Sessions: Patients who have had their sessions interpreted will not be eligible for refunds.
Cut Off: We will not refund orders after 60 days of shipment. Kits returned after 60 days should be returned to Wesper. Kits cannot be used on patients outside the return window.
