Wesper Refund Policy
This Wesper Refund Policy (“Policy”) governs all orders, shipments, returns, and related transactions involving Wesper Labs and associated equipment (“Kits”). By placing an order with Wesper, the purchaser (“Client”) agrees to the terms set forth below. Wesper reserves the right to revise this Policy at any time.
One-Hour Cancellation Period
No-Charge Cancellation Period. Clients are permitted a one-hour window immediately following the placement of an order (the “Cancellation Window”) during which the order may be cancelled or modified without any fees, charges, restocking costs, or financial obligations of any kind.
Expiration of Cancellation Window. Once the one-hour Cancellation Window has expired:
- The order is deemed final,
- All fees become due and non-refundable, and
- No further cancellations, changes, credits, or financial adjustments will be permitted.
The timing of the Cancellation Window is based strictly on the timestamp of the order confirmation.
All Sales Final After Cancellation Period
Except for changes made within the one-hour Cancellation Window, Wesper does not issue refunds, credits, waivers, reversals, or financial adjustments under any circumstances once the Cancellation Window closes.
Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for:
- Ensuring all order details, including shipping addresses, are correct at the time of submission
- Managing Kits securely after delivery
- Returning Kits when required by Wesper
- Complying fully with this Policy
Exclusive Remedy
The Client acknowledges that no financial remedies are available under this Policy after the Cancellation Window.
Wesper’s only discretionary remedy, where applicable, is the shipment of a replacement Kit. Such remedy does not constitute a refund or financial adjustment.
