What kind of shipping do you offer?

We ship via UPS 3-Day shipping and USPS for PO Box deliveries. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your Sleep Kit ships, so you’ll know exactly when to expect it.

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the United States.

What is your estimated shipping time?

With fulfillment centers now on both the East and West Coast, most orders arrive within 2–4 business days, depending on your location.

Arrival estimates are provided as a guideline only and are not guaranteed.

Are there any additional fees?

• Expedited shipping is available for a $25 fee.

• Any changes made to orders placed in our Provider Portal (such as cancellations or modifications) will incur a $29.95 restocking fee.

Do you ship to PO Boxes?

Yes! We do ship to PO Boxes. These orders will be delivered via USPS.
