Lease Contract Terms

Terms and Conditions

• Minimum Term: Minimum term of at least 1 year. After the minimum term, the contract will be moved to month-to-month and will need to follow the below cancellation policy.
  
• Pricing: The lease fees (1) are consistent with fair market value, and are not determined by the volume or value of referrals or other business generated between the parties and (2) commercially reasonable.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellation requires a 30-day written notice. If a lease is canceled before the term ends, the customer will be required to pay 50% of the remaining lease payments. If the lease is terminated by either party for any reason or no reason, the parties cannot enter into a new lease arrangement during the first year of the original lease for the same equipment.  If the parties enter into a new lease for the same equipment after the initial 1-year term, the lease must be under the same terms as immediately prior lease.
• Lost Kits: If a kit is lost, the remaining balance from the value of the kit will be paid monthly until the kit is paid off.
• Additional Kits: Customers may order additional kits at any time and will continue paying for all active kits until their respective lease terms are completed. Any additional kits would be considered a new lease, and a new lease agreement should be executed between the parties.
  
• Repairs and Replacements: Wesper will repair or replace any kit that stops working at no cost to the customer.
• Technology Upgrades: Customers will get early access to the latest available technology at discounted rates when new products launch.
• Users: Equipment leased must be exclusively by the lessee (to the exclusion of Wesper).
